Social_Bookmarking

Needs a detailed modification description.

Here are some ideas to begin:

Use existing Contact Management feature as a users list of their social bookmarks.
User can set permission for who can view their Social Bookmarks/Contacts.
Link to a users Social Bookmarks is placed on their profile page.
Place Social Bookmark link as a field in the Contact Management page so that a user can easily click to see the social bookmarks for any of their friends.
