After installation from the profile installer, users can be redirected to the instruction page. Only redirecting to Wiki pages is supported, and at some point relative urls may be allowed also.

In the case of wiki pages, that page should be created locally by the profile. The property may only contain direct values and optionally URL params. References or user input will not be interpreted.
