1.2. Approve pending plugins

Visit at least once the Homepages for GC, CEO and Staff (see links in the side module), and then, go to tiki-plugins.php to approve all the pending plugin calls in the pages added by this profile.

1.3. Add a couple of new requests

This profile add some request as tracker item for you already. But the best way to understand how the profile works is to insert some new items yourself with the Form to insert requests, so that you can later on execute one or many actions on many items at once.

1.4. Pre-Approve as GC

Logout and login as user gc to visit Homepage for user Gc to pre-approve some.

1.5. Pre-Approve as CEO

Logout and login as user ceo to visit Homepage for user CEO to pre-approve some.

1.6. Manage as Staff

You will be able to perform several actions on each of the items selected:
  1. change request status (category field)
  2. send custom emails for each item based on data contained on them
  3. change tracker item status

1.7. Manage users

This profile creates several users for you, adding them to the corresponding groups.
