Bookmarks

Needs a detailed modification description.

Here are some ideas to start:

Integrate free tags with personal bookmarks.
Add personal bookmarks link to User Tracker Pages so that other users can see personal bookmarks.
Add ability for user to restrict viewable permissions for a specific bookmark to have the ability to keep a selection of private bookmarks.
Create easy way for users to add a bookmark to their personal tiki bookmark collection. How hard would it be to create a ff and ie add-on button that users can click on to "Add Bookmark", similar to Delicious.
