After you applied the "Custom_Contact_Form_12x" profile:

  1. Visit the page Reply to validate the call to plugin Mail, which will allow you to reply messages from there
  2. Edit the newly created page Contact us
    • Go to tab "Properties", and set "Show page title": Off.
  3. Visit as anonymous the page Contact us, and add a test message with a valid email.
  4. Visit as user admin the page Contact us in order to test the reply system
  5. Edit the tracker fields to suite your needs for the contact form
  6. Go to watch the newly created tracker
  7. Add a link to your Contact us page in your Menus (read the docs)
