Site Modules - which columns and what modules appear for what groups and when.
Admin Training - how to train admins to maintain the site.
Site Map - a comprehensive list of existing or to become existing pages
Site Todos - a list of misc. things that need to get done that can be updated regularly.
Terms of Use - every wiki (public or not) should have a terms of use, which explains what kind of participation is allowed (and what is not).
