Do you want to allow comments on your site?

Pro's
  • easy to use feedback tool that users are familiar with.
  • some people who won't edit a wiki page will leave a comment.

Con's
  • allowing anonymous comments can be an administrative nuisance.
  • comments are not real collaboration and can divert energy into unproductive debate/flaming

In Tikiwiki comments can be used in any of these features:
  • Articles
  • Wiki pages
  • Blogs
  • Blog posts
  • Image galleries
  • File galleries
  • Polls
  • FAQs
  • Trackers

If you enable comments for some of the features of Tiki from the admin menu you will see links to show/hide comments and the number of comments for the object being viewed.
