Custom_Contact_Form_Instructions

After you applied the "Custom_Contact_Form" profile:

1. Visit the newly created page Contact_us
2. Edit the page, and at tab "Properties", set "Show page title": Off.
3. Edit the tracker fields to suite your needs for the contact form
4. Go to watch the newly created tracker
5. Add a link to your Contact_us page in your Menus (read the docs)
